What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal through PayPal’s website. Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card – just fill in the requested information at checkout and you’re good to go. If you would like to pay by check, money order, or some other type of alternative payment method please email info@teesmybody.com and we’ll work something out.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within the continental US is a flate rate of $5 regardless of how many shirts you order. Your order is shipped USPS PRIORITY and we will provide you with a free tracking number once the item leaves our store. Please allow 2-7 days for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Simply select your country in the drop down menu at checkout and you’re all set. If a problem occurs please contact info@teesmybody.com and we will assist you. Shipping is $5 regardless of how many shirts you buy, and there is an additional $7.95 handling charge. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
What size should I buy?
Our t-shirts are your standard t-shirt sizes. Click here to view our size chart. All of our shirts are made of 100% cotton or 50% cotton/ 50% polyester, so they may shrink about half a size when washed.
How does this “Buy 3 or More, get 1 FREE” thing work?
To receive a free t-shirt, simply place an order for 3 or more shirts, then email us with your order number and what free shirt and size you want. It’s that easy.
My shirt has a defect. What do I do?
Our shirts are made of the highest quality and carefully checked before being packaged and sent to you. However, if we have made a mistake and you receive a defective shirt, email us with a description of the defect and we will provide you with a return authorization number. Please do not wear or wash the defective shirt or you will void the exchange.
How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Just email us at orders@teesmybody.com we will give you instructions. Note that shirts on sale or on clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return the unwashed/ unworn t-shirt within 30 days and we will issue you a full refund minus shipping costs and a 16% restocking fee. You can opt for store credit to avoid the 16% restocking fee. Please view the size chart before ordering and remember – shirts may shrink half a size when washed. Note that shirts on sale or on clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
The shirt I want is backordered?
Sometimes we can’t keep our shirts on the shelves. If your shirt is on backorder then it should be back in stock within 2-3 weeks. Go ahead and place your order to get it before it goes out of stock again.
Do you sell your shirts wholesale?
Yes we do. For orders of 24 t-shirts or more please contact info@teesmybody.com for more information.
How do I get my picture on your Customer Photos page?
So you purchased a TeesMyBody.com t-shirt and now you wanna be famous? I don’t blame you. Simply email us at info@teesmybody.com with your digital picture(s) attached. This is a good deal because not only will you become an internet celebrity, we will send you a 10% off coupon for your next order! Have your friends wear your shirt too and they can get a 10% off coupon as well. Really special/awesome photos will also get you a free shirt of your choice!
I have a tre tre powerful t-shirt design. Wanna buy it?
We are always on the lookout for great t-shirt ideas. Just send them all to info@teesmybody.com. If you are attaching a graphic file(s) please make sure it is in an Adobe Photoshop or Adoble Illustrator format. If we use your idea you’ll receive $50 and a t-shirt with your design!
